Terms of Service

Last updated October 19, 2026

The short version

  • DealXP is free for players. Pulling a deal never costs anything, and no purchase is needed to play.
  • Deals come from the shops, not from us. The shop decides what the deal is and is responsible for honoring it.
  • Deals expire. Use them inside the redemption window, in the shop, once.
  • Play fair: one account per person, no bots, no faking your location, no reselling deals.
  • Businesses pay a monthly fee plus a small charge for each deal redeemed in their shop, as described below.

This summary is here to help. The full terms below are what apply.

1. About these terms

DealXP is operated by Tribbles Entertainment LLC ("DealXP," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit thedealxp.com, join our waitlist, or use the DealXP app or merchant tools (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

We may update these Terms as the Service grows. If we make a material change, we'll post the new version here with a new date and, where appropriate, let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Who can use DealXP, and your account

3. Drops, pulling and redeeming

Drops and pulls

Shops release limited sets of deals ("drops") at set times. When you pull from a drop, the Service randomly assigns you one of the deals still available in that drop. The chance of each tier (Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary) is based on how many of each the shop released, and is shown on the drop before you pull. Pulling is always free. No purchase or payment is required to pull, and paying never improves your odds.

Some drops may be limited to players who have reached a certain level at that shop, or may hide the shop or the deal until you pull ("mystery drops"). Drops can sell out before they end.

Claim limits

To keep things fair, you can hold a limited number of unused deals at once (currently three), and you can pull from each drop only once. If you let several deals expire without using them in a short period (currently three in seven days), your pulls may be temporarily limited to Common deals. We may adjust these limits to protect shops and players.

Redeeming

The shop is responsible for its deal

Deals are offered by independent businesses, not by DealXP. The shop sets the deal and its terms, sells you any goods or services, and is responsible for honoring the deal and for the quality and safety of what it provides. DealXP is not a party to your purchase. If a shop can't honor a valid, unexpired deal, contact us and we'll work with the shop to make it right where we reasonably can, but we can't guarantee any shop's performance.

A shop may cancel or change a drop, for example if it closes unexpectedly or runs out of an item. If that happens after you've pulled, we'll try to let you know in the app.

4. XP, levels and leaderboards

5. Fair play

You agree not to:

If we believe you've broken these rules, we may void your deals and XP, limit your account, or close it.

6. Terms for businesses

This section applies to businesses that create a merchant account ("Merchants"). Merchants also agree to the rest of these Terms.

Your account and your drops

Fees

Canceling

There's no contract. You can cancel any time; you'll owe charges through the end of the current billing period, and you must still honor deals already pulled from your drops before they expire. We may suspend or close a merchant account for non-payment, repeated failure to honor deals, or other breaches of these Terms.

Your content and data

You give us permission to display your business name, logo, photos, address, hours and drop details in the Service and in DealXP marketing about your participation. You'll see redemption and visit information for your shop as described in our Privacy Policy. Use it only to run your business and serve your customers, and don't use it to contact customers outside the Service without their permission.

7. Content and ownership

The Service, including its design, software, text, graphics and the DealXP name and logo, belongs to Tribbles Entertainment LLC and is protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended. Content shops provide belongs to them.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Drops depend on shops and on technology that can fail: location services can be inaccurate, notifications can be delayed, and drops can sell out in seconds. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise that any particular deal will be available to you or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DealXP and its owners, employees and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or from any shop's goods, services or deals. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold DealXP harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms, and, for Merchants, out of your deals, products, services and promotions.

10. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies.

11. Other terms

If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. You can't transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the Service. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms shown on a specific deal, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
