Does it cost anything?
No. DealXP is free for players. Pulling is always free and there's nothing to buy.
How long do I have to use a deal?
Most deals give you 24 hours after you pull. Each shop sets its own window, and you'll always see a countdown in your wallet.
Are the odds real?
Yes. Each drop shows its odds before you pull, and every tier is a real deal from a real shop.
What if I pull a deal and can't make it?
Just let it expire. If you rack up a lot of no-shows in a week, your pulls are temporarily limited to Common so the good stuff goes to people who show up.
